This is a pair of hand-turned salt and pepper mills. The light mill is made of European ash and the slightly darker twin mill is made of rüster, popularly known as elm. Of course, we normally also offer individual mills, but these two pepper mills harmonize so well with each other that we only want to sell them as a pair. They both have an outstanding grinder from the manufacturer Crushgrind. The manufacturer offers a 20-year guarantee on these extremely high-quality and long-lasting grinders. The wood is very finely sanded during turning and then treated with a light, food-safe oil.
